It maps the patterns you default to when a decision is high-stakes, when the information is incomplete, or when the people involved have competing interests. The readout session translates those patterns into specific, actionable language you can apply immediately to the decisions you are currently navigating.

The Decision Support Partnership is a structured working relationship built around the decisions you are currently responsible for. It begins with the ELI assessment, which establishes a baseline for the engagement. From there, six sessions focused on whatever you are carrying.
The sessions are not structured around frameworks or homework. Each one starts with the decision in front of you that week. The work is to examine it clearly: what is actually being decided, what is making it difficult, who holds the call, and what needs to be true before you can move forward with confidence.
The value of working outside your organization is that the conversation has no stake in the outcome. The goal is decision clarity, not a particular direction.
