creating space for human judgment
in times of acceleration.

As AI reshapes how decisions are made, the stakes of those decisions continue to rise.

human.heart.work. helps individuals and leadership teams navigate complex decisions with clarity and care.

This coaching-led practice creates structured space for discernment in complex decision environments.

It is designed for people carrying responsibility, navigating change, or examining how they want to show up in the decisions they make.

The work takes shape in three ways: community thinking spaces, private coaching partnerships, and facilitated work with leadership teams. All are grounded in the same belief, clarity requires space.

start here: community thinking spaces

community thinking spaces are free, monthly, coach-led group gatherings hosted by human.heart.work.

They take different forms: in-person gatherings, outdoor walks, virtual sessions, and occasional special events. Each are designed to give you room to slow down and think more clearly about what you are navigating in work or life.

Sessions are lightly structured and professionally facilitated. There is no expectation to speak. Listening is always welcome.

Nothing to prepare and no prior experience required.

private coaching with human.heart.work.

Alongside community sessions, I offer private coaching for people who want a quieter space to think through something that matters.

This work is structured and reflective. It is not therapy or consulting. Together, we examine the questions, decisions, and responsibilities you are navigating.

My approach is grounded in accredited coaching principles and years of experience supporting people through complex transitions and decision environments.

about the practice

human.heart.work. centers dignity, judgment, and human presence. As a queer woman I am attentive to how identity, power, and belonging shape leadership experiences and decision-making.

I bring almost two decades experience working within healthcare systems. There I saw the impact of constant decision-making, accountability, and emotional strain. This background informs how I hold space with realism, care, and respect for complexity.

This work also includes reflection during moments of technological change, when responsibility remains human even as systems evolve. human.heart.work. supports community members in Chicago and beyond who need structured clarity around consequential decisions.
